PPA's Postal Contracts Group  is made up of publishers from B2B, Consumer and Customer magazines. The group advises and directs on all issues related to post, including

Postcomm – the Postal Services Commission – is an independent regulator, set up by the Postal Services Act 200 to make sure that postal operators, inlcuding Royal Mail meet the needs of their customers throughout the UK.
